Growing connections in Northeast Iowa

Local residents united together and established La Motte Telephone Company in 1953 to build out the first aerial dial tone infrastructure in the rural La Motte area. In 2011, La Motte Telephone Company purchased Andrew Telephone Company, forming La Motte & Andrew Telephone Company and expanding our customer service base. We completed a buried fiber-to-the-home buildout in both exchanges in 2020 and are now bringing fiber beyond exchange borders to give more Iowans, especially in underserved areas, access to the fastest and most reliable internet and related services.
